Water Treatment Plant (WTP)

WTP is the process of cleaning the raw water free from suspended, dissolved solids, traces of odor & color, disinfection to kill micro organism. We offer Sand & Carbon filters, Demineralization, Softeners –Cation & Anion exchange resin, RO, UV, Ozonator,etc.

Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)

We design STP based on the space available and efficient one to withstand the present scenario of sewage waters. The treated STP water can be reused in Flushing and gardening. Extended type and SBR are the preferable methods we suggest. MBR or MBBR is optional on special cases. 2 kld – 50 mld.

RO Plant

Desalination and recovery of ETP treated water upto 6 stages and 92% recovered water. Brackish, Seawater, Vibratory and Disc membranes RO are installed.

Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

The solid-liquid separation, inorganic- organic load reduction, color, odor removal, disinfection and polishing of the effluent are designed and achieved in ETP. 500 LPD – 20 MLD are achieved by us. Our ETP is designed and operated in such a way to recycle the same in certain process and to achieve the SDI limits for further treatment process like RO.

Hazardous And Solid Waste Management (HSWM)

Solid concentration to form sludge cake, bio manure, etc by Thickener, Filter Press, Screw scanter & Reactive Clarifier. Organic & Inorganic waste separation, different treatment technologies to dispose, destroy & convert them into valuable products.

Reject Management System (RMS)

Our RMS includes MVRE, MEE (Forced & Falling), Centrifuge, ATFD. Designed & erected in the range of 100 lph – 200 klph. Our own design and fabrication.

Zero Liquor Discharge System (ZLDS)

ZLDS is the well equipped design to treat the Industrial waste water to reuse in the process again. This process involves the ETP, RO, RMS & HSWM under a single roof.

Air Pollution Control (APC)

APC equipments involve the process of Air pollutant filtration and exchange with other substance as a result to eliminate or minimize the effect of Air pollutant in the atmosphere. We offer Dust Bag filter, Cyclone Separator, Vacuum Cleaning in the path, Dry & Wet scrubbers, chemical media scrubbers for the exchange, etc.

Engineering Fabrication

We have our infrastructure of engineering fabrication unit in 10,000 sq.ft with well-equipped machineries and well trained technicians. All MS, SS, RL and FRP based tanks, clarifier, coatings, etc can be made with SAIL metals and BHEL accessories.

Rice Mill

Rice mill with high organic content is treated and reused in ETP segment. Similarly sago and other organic based ETP recycle is also achieved by us.

Water Balance (Material Balance & Energy Audit)

Our specialty in design & maintain the Water balance so as to identify the exact water requirement split up calculation and water loss in the process. Similarly material balance is the chemical stoichiometry calculation to identify the reacted & non reacted raw materials while Energy Audit is the process of identifying the power loss occurred in the site and rectification, minimization of power usages.

With our vast experience of more than 25 plus years in the field of engineering and power generation. We are one of the well known sales and service providers for Diesel Generators , online and offline UPS , lead acid and lithium ion Batteries, Solar roof tops, solar lightings, Servos’s, Stabilizers, Control Panels, AMF, ATS panels for Diesel Generators , HT and LT Panels.We undertake turnkey Contract / Projects for captive power solutions installation from concepts to commissioning which includes design, manufacturing, supply , errection testing and commissioning.
